My Project

Thank you so much for reading about my project. I'm looking to provide snacks and supplemental food items for my kiddos so they have something to eat before heading home for the day.

Sometimes school is the only place my scholars receive any type of nutrition; they often come to school hungry and only eat meals during the school day.

As sad as that sounds, and it is, I try very hard to make sure my kiddos never go home hungry. If that means providing them extra lunch, sending them home with food from my house, or providing them with snacks to tide them over, I want to do what I can to help them.

It is difficult to complete work and concentrate on school with hungry bellies. I'm hoping these snacks that I have requested: chips, granola bars, fruit and veggie pouches, almonds, and popcorn will tide us over for beginning of 2024. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
