Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love working with my students and seeing them learn and grow in different ways. Working with them is amazing, no single day at work is the same. They are hardworking and eager to learn.

The snacks will help when the students are feeling a little hungry.

Some students don't have time to eat breakfast and are often cranky. These snacks will help to boost their energy. Learning to eat and enjoy healthy snacks can also encourage students to look for healthy options.

The classroom prizes will be used as incentives to motivate the students to participate more in their own learning. They are also a way of saying thank you for being present.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
