My Students

I love teaching my middle school students. Their energy and enthusiasm is contagious. Teaching social studies is such a blessing because I can help show them everything the world has to offer. My students are eager to learn, despite the obstacles they face.

I teach in a high-poverty, rural school district.

For many students, school is the one consistent thing in their lives. I strive to make my classroom as welcoming and inclusive as possible for all my students.

My Project

I would like to have individual, ready to use health and wellness items for my students. The products I'm requesting will be beneficial both in the classroom, as well as for students to use individually.

I am looking to provide basic health care needs and essentials for my students and my classroom.

Middle school is a tricky time with health and hygiene and students don't always have the personal care products they need at home. I would like to provide many of these items for my students to have at school!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
