Headphones for All!

Help me give my students headphones when they are using their computers. A class set will ensure that every student has what they need for class!

My Students

My third grade class this year is one of the greatest groups of kids I have had in my seven years of teaching. They are eager to learn! They are fascinated with new concepts are constantly inquiring more about the topics we learn. Not only do they love learning, but they are becoming wonderful citizens of our community. They check in on each other, they help others when they need it and go above and beyond each school day.

My Project

I am requesting a class set of headphones. Often times, I have students who are unable to bring the necessary school supplies. I want them to feel a sense of belonging and to not feel singled out if they are able to bring them from home.

Having a class set of headphones will ensure that each year my students will have headphones.

We use computers everyday for Math Workshop. Headphones allow for students to work individually and for the rest of our class to not have the distraction of five computers talking at once. We also do several tests on the computer. Having the headphones help students stay focused and listen to the instructions asked of them.
