This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students need to engage in hands-on opportunities to achieve understanding and thrive academically. It is my wish for my kiddos to participate in hands-on, project-based interactive learning in order to master science concepts.

We are presently involved in an energy unit of study in which we will be engaged in a series of hands-on STEAM activities including creating a variety of circuits.

The requested batteries are needed for creating these circuits as well as labs about potential, kinetic energy and creating models using a multitude of existing materials. The requested hand vacuum will be used to clean up debris, keyboards and electronic.

The snacks and treats will be used as incentives and rewards. Incentives and rewards play a significant role in student success by boosting motivation, reinforcing positive behaviors, and providing a sense of accomplishment, which can encourage students to work harder, engage more deeply with their studies, and ultimately achieve better academic results.

My students are eager learners and have been working hard to meet their academic goals. The materials requested in this project will help them succeed academically!
