Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a speech-language pathologist, I love how my students bring curiosity, creativity, and determination to every session. Each of them learns in their unique way, and I’m inspired daily by their persistence and joy when they reach a goal.

Sensory tools will help my students stay focused, regulate their emotions, and feel comfortable, allowing them to participate fully.

The wobble stool desk chair is another sensory tool that will give my students a safe way to move their bodies while staying focused on learning.

Rewards like stickers, keychains, and small prizes will motivate them, celebrate their progress, and make learning feel fun and exciting.

Together, these resources will create a supportive and engaging environment where every student can succeed.

My goals for this project are to create a welcoming and motivating environment where all students feel supported in their learning. I aim to help each child build confidence, stay engaged, and develop the skills they need to communicate effectively. This project will foster positive attitudes toward learning while encouraging persistence and celebrating every success.
