This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are active and enjoy when English is not the same thing everyday. I want to teach them the standards they need to know for this year but also make things fun and interesting. I also love introducing them to great new books so my students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds have access to those too. This is how I level the playing field in regards to equity. When they come in my classroom, everyone has access to the latest and greatest and therefore, have a great and modern learning experience.
