The students love having papers and pens available for whenever they need them for projects. They were so excited to open the packages, and since we were on a project that required colors, they were able to use the immediately. The ones who wanted to do their paper by hand could get in and get it done with all of the colors needed. The ones who wanted to do it by computer were able to create theirs with all of the colors of the program, and I was able to print it to hang with the other projects as soon as they had it ready to print. I then take the single pages and make copies. However, the printer is there if I miscounted or if people lost their papers, I could print things right there in class. The surge protectors were used every day for students who forgot to charge their computers or whose computers were used a lot that day. It was great not to have to stop to figure out where they could charge. They just went and got the charger, plugged it in, and the cord stretched close enough to their desks to charge. The headphones are the same way. They are available whenever students need them.","fullyFundedDate":1755708936927,"projectUrl":"project/helping-students-to-be-successful-everyd/9561734/","projectTitle":"Helping Students to be Successful Everyday","teacherDisplayName":"Dr. Williams","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/judy-williams"},{"teacherId":121506,"projectId":9595228,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for helping to make my classroom more accessible. My students are using the pencils every day. They really love that they can just get a pencil whenever they need it. I even have some of them come in during the day that I do not have them because they need a pencil and know that I will let them have one without any question. They do not have to ask or feel ashamed about not having their supplies. \r\nThe magnetic folder bins have been wonderful for me to put assignment to pass back in. Students can search for no name papers in it without even asking me. Also seeing the papers in the bins reminds me to pass them back. Havening them be magnetic allows me to move them close to my desk as I grade, in the back of the room where they normally say, and to the front of the room to remind me to pass things back. \r\nThe students love using the pens to correct their work -- it easily shows me what they fixed without having to search. It also helps them to remember things that they miss frequently - like capitalizing and punctuation. The geography students love using the pens to create colorful maps. \r\nThank you so much for all that you do.","fullyFundedDate":1755880677126,"projectUrl":"project/making-my-classroom-more-accessible/9595228/","projectTitle":"Making My Classroom More Accessible","teacherDisplayName":"Dr. Williams","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/judy-williams"},{"teacherId":6895131,"projectId":9601615,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous donations, my students have the tools they need to engage deeply in math every single day. The whiteboards with grids allows students to show their thinking, test ideas, and get instant feedback. The calculators support meaningful problem solving and allow students to focus on reasoning instead of getting stuck on computation. Pencils might seem simple, but they keep our classroom running smoothly, making sure everyone can participate without worrying about supplies.
