My Students

I am lucky enough to teach 4th grade! My students are so unique and ready to learn. I want to give them nothing but the best so that they know they can be the best. I love growing and learning with my awesome students!

Science and Social Studies are so important and my students want to soak it all up!

Through DonorsChoose I will be able to bring them really cool and useful materials to learn with. Help me turn my scholars into mini scientists and historians!

My Project

Designed for grades 3-5 this collection is comprised of high-interest genres of books with captivating visuals and narratives. These graphic novels bring stories to life and inspire students to read more! These books have been vetted by educational experts and depict stories from around the world.

Often, graphic novels are looked over and passed off as "not real" books; however, these can be the most beneficial books for students to read!

I don't want to leave behind any students by not having a book that interests them in my classroom library. Please help my students make meaning out of reading with the aid of visuals in graphic novels!
