This technology has made a big difference in their ability to learn and complete important schoolwork independently. Our older tablets were often difficult to get online, would suddenly go black, and did not have the secure browser needed for students to access programs such as i-Ready and Accelerated Reader.\r\n\r\nHaving two reliable iPads means my students can spend their time learning instead of waiting for technology to work. They can log in, complete assignments, practice important skills, read, and take assessments with fewer interruptions. The secure browser also allows them to access the programs they need safely and successfully.\r\n\r\nWhat excites my students most is simply knowing that they have two devices that works when they need them. They are thrilled to have dependable technology that allows them to participate in the same digital learning activities as their classmates. I have especially noticed students who previously became frustrated when the older tablets stopped working. They are now more eager and confident when it is time to use technology.\r\n\r\nThese iPads have given my students more than new devices—they have given them reliable access to learning opportunities.
