This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help us get a frisbee golf basket for our classroom that we will share with others on my grade-level team. The students have now had a lot of practice throwing frisbees. A few already knew how and they helped me teach the beginners. Now that they are getting used to them, I want to teach them about the game of frisbee golf. I learned to play it many years ago when I was in high school when it first came out and it provided me a lot of enjoyment.

Frisbees promote running, catching and throwing, as well as being able to learn tricks you can do with them.

This basket will help our students to learn to throw frisbees more accurately. There are also several frisbee golf courses locally that will promote health and wellness when they are not in school and they can teach family members. Thank you for your support.
