This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how hardworking and resilient my students are. Many of them come to school each day ready to learn, even when life outside of school can be challenging. They want to do well, but staying organized is one of the biggest obstacles they face. Papers get lost, assignments are hard to find, and important notes often disappear before they can be used to study.

The 30 sets of six binders will give every student a complete system to keep their work organized by subject.

Each binder will hold class notes, homework, tests, and review materials, helping students clearly see their progress and take ownership of their learning. When students can easily find what they need, they are more confident, more prepared, and more willing to participate in class.

These binders will also help me spend more time teaching instead of searching for missing work. With everything in one place, I can give better feedback, track student growth, and support students who need extra help. Most importantly, these binders will give my students a simple but powerful tool that helps them stay focused, responsible, and ready to succeed every day.
