Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a rolling file cabinet to help organize my reading center. I try to read with students in small groups daily. This will help me find the necessary materials quickly, so we can get to reading.

My students love getting sticker rewards.

I am also requesting a variety of sticker packs to add to the classroom "Sticker Store". My 2nd graders are adorable when they receive a coupon to pick out a special sticker at the end of the day. Each student has a special sticker book to keep their collection safe. I often hear my students counting them and comparing them daily.
