My Students
I teach at a school that is Title One and seventy percent of the students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. This project will benefit so many students. We have some really great and eager kids at our school who want to be immersed in learning.
Students learn best with activities they enjoy.
I want to bring more excitement to learning for my students. I want them to build confidence in themselves and be the best they could be so they all have a bright future ahead.
My Project
My students could use some basic supplies to help them be prepared and organized. They could use binders and folders to help them keep their papers in, so they can easily access them when they need them and it will help them be prepared. The binder clips help them mark their notebook pages so they can quickly open to the page they need to find. Having labels on their binders and folders will help them easily know which notebook is which and help keep them more organized.
Organization is key to being a successful learner.
Colored paper is helpful for my students to help them find papers easier. White paper blends in but colored paper sticks out. The ink will help me to print things they need.
Lastly, my kids need scissors. We often do cutting projects and we simply don’t have enough. Giving my students each their own paper can help us get through cutting tasks quicker.
