Having extra organization of books is an essential to help kids quickly find books they need and want! Also, having comfy seating options will help kids be engaged in their reading and encourage them to want to read. My kids love to read around the room but how comfy is the floor? Flexible seating will help them be comfortable and help them to be able to immerse themselves in what they are reading. I currently have two beanbags that are deflating but the kids still love them. It is a coveted reward in my room to get to use them. By adding more bean bags, refilling the old ones, and get additional soft seats all students can enjoy comfort in reading. Finding a good book can be hard if a library isn’t organized. With a more colorful and organized library they can quickly find the book they can dive into.
