Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students’ curiosity and energy—they light up the classroom with questions and imagination! Each student is unique, with their own way of thinking and creating, and they are excited to explore new ideas. Their creativity and teamwork make every project special, and they love hands-on learning that lets them discover the world in fun ways.

The space books will help my students dive into the universe, learn about planets, stars, and galaxies, and spark questions that inspire deeper thinking.

The instruments will let them bring space to life through music, making learning playful, interactive, and memorable.

My goal for this project is to make our Space Expo an exciting, hands-on experience where students can explore, create, and share their ideas. These resources will help them build knowledge, imagination, and confidence, all while having fun and enjoying the wonder of learning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
