My Students

We are a large, urban district in Ohio. My class is diverse, with students with many nationalities. They are bilingual students in a French Immersion School. In a typical day, my students learn different topics in French.

My students learn about different cultures.

They enjoy researching different countries. For example, every January we learn about a Francophone country in-depth. They love hearing real stories about people who came from different countries, and they like to compare their life with those around the world.

My Project

This materials will give me students a fun place to go in the corner of the room to read and have fun. We want this place to be very comfortable and inviting for the students to read. I want to help in any ways possible to get them to read.

Sometime a comfy seat goes a long way when it come to reading.

We already set up corner with a carpet and books, now we just need help with the furniture of the corner. The comfier the better to invite reading.
