Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are officially half way through the school year. As a new dual language special education teacher I am learning new ways to engage my students in fun learning activities.

In my small groups, I work with students on letter and number identification.

In a small group, I try to keep a few different activitis for students to learn with. These new resources such as the Story Sequencing Cards, Letter Recognition Instant Learning Center, and the Giant Tracing Numbers will be used to give students a chance to practice certain skills. With a wide variety of activities students will be able to remain engaged and excited to keep learning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
