Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students have been working very hard throughout the year, both academically and socially. They have enjoyed both verbal praises and motivating feedback.

The class has reached a point where I want to continue to recognize their strong performance and productivity.

A way to continue to motivate their hard work and achievements is through small incentives. I am requesting desk pets, slimes, fun pens, and more. I want to continue to encourage teamwork and build engagement within the classroom. This will allows students to feel pride of their efforts and boost their self-confidence to continue to grow in the classroom with their peers.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
