My Students

My students are an amazing and unique group of learners! They are curious, creative, and very active! They thrive when they can learn using hands-on lessons that can challenge them to think critically and solve problems. My student’s academic needs are extremely diverse and they all require differentiated tools to be successful. My students are truly amazing and I strive to provide them the very best tools to create meaning learning!

My Project

The products I have selected will provide my awesome first grade students with an interactive and hands-on learning experience. My students thrive when they can be engaged in meaning learning where they can create and learning in a meaningful way.

When my student's arrive, I would love to have them use "STEM TUBS" instead of giving them a standard worksheet.

I will assign my students a task to collaborate and create something each morning using different materials. I can only image how engaged and excited the kids will be to come in each morning. I also am excited for my kids to use "pop-its" to map out the sounds in words. This will immediately engage them and make them excited to learn an essential reading skill.

I also am just getting started in a new grade level and I want to provide the kids with an organized and consistent learning environment with structure and I routine. I know the materials on my list will help my kids thrive and gain a true love for learning!
