The products I have selected will provide my awesome first grade students with an interactive and hands-on learning experience. My students thrive when they can be engaged in meaning learning where they can create and learning in a meaningful way. When my student's arrive, I would love to have them use "STEM TUBS" instead of giving them a standard worksheet. I will assign my students a task to collaborate and create something each morning using different materials. I can only image how engaged and excited the kids will be to come in each morning. I also am excited for my kids to use "pop-its" to map out the sounds in words. This will immediately engage them and make them excited to learn an essential reading skill. I also am just getting started in a new grade level and I want to provide the kids with an organized and consistent learning environment with structure and I routine. I know the materials on my list will help my kids thrive and gain a true love for learning!
