This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am thrilled to embark on an upcoming educational journey with my extraordinary students to visit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This trip is not only an opportunity for them to explore diverse educational institutions but also a chance to expand their horizons and envision exciting possibilities for their futures.

To ensure a seamless and enriching experience, I am seeking your support in providing nutritious snacks for the duration of our trip.

The specific items I am requesting, such as granola bars, trail mix, and fruit snacks, will play a crucial role in fueling their minds and bodies throughout our busy itinerary.

Our students are a remarkable blend of potential, resilience, and diversity. Coming from various backgrounds, they bring unique perspectives that enrich our learning community. Many of them are first-generation college aspirants, and this trip holds the promise of inspiration and empowerment for their educational journeys.

This project goes beyond providing snacks; it's about fostering an environment where our students can thrive, explore, and envision the limitless possibilities that higher education offers. Your support will contribute to creating a memorable and impactful experience for these exceptional individuals.
