This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As a preschool teacher, I am amazed by the creativity and imagination of my young students every day. They love exploring different materials and creating unique works of art. However, we are facing a challenge in providing enough art and craft supplies to support their creativity.

The importance of creative play in young children cannot be overstated.

Through art and craft activities, children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Moreover, it allows them to express their emotions and ideas, which is crucial for their social and emotional development.

Unfortunately, we do not have enough materials to keep up with their enthusiasm. We would love to provide our students with a variety of materials to explore such as play dough, metallic markers, modeling clay, kinetic sand, collage materials, and more. With your help, we can enhance their learning experience and foster their creativity.

Your donations will go towards purchasing art and craft supplies to help us create an engaging and stimulating learning environment. With these materials, our students will be able to experiment, create, and express themselves freely. Your donation will help us in providing a valuable and enriching experience to these young learners.
