My Project

I love that my students are creative, unique, and full of potential. In our Title I rural school, many students arrive carrying more than just books and notebooks, and I want them to feel supported in ways that may not always be visible. These snacks help meet a basic need with dignity, offering comfort, energy, and a small sense of stability during the school day. When students are nourished, they are better able to focus, participate, and stay engaged in learning. Most importantly, these snacks remind them that they are worthy of care, attention, and support.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
