Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 6th grade class is in need of flexible seating options such as beanbags, wobble chairs, ball seats, and wobble cushions in order to give them choices in their own learning. It will also enable them to collaborate, have a quiet working zone as well as help with sensory issues. We currently have standard desks and chairs that don’t offer the flexibility to do this for them. I have a few with anxiety issues that are always needing a quieter space to work. It will also provide a space for collaboration and group discussions This will greatly benefit my students!
