Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My class of multilingual learners enjoy learning and being able to move about the classroom. I believe that flexible seating can have a significant impact on my kindergarten students by promoting engagement, collaboration, and comfort. It will allow for my students to choose seating options that suit their learning styles and preferences, which can enhance their focus and attention span. Additionally, it will encourage movement and help my students develop core strength and better posture.

With flexible seating, my kindergarten class will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic and inclusive environment, fostering creativity and independence.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
