My Project

My students come from 85% low-income households. One big thing I’ve noticed this school year is that fine motor skills are something that needs some more development. Students can help strengthen these skills using materials like Sharpies, tissue paper squares, glue sticks, and paint.

Creating anything their imaginations can think of is the best thing about being in school!

Having access to materials they don’t have at home gives them even more endless possibilities. These creative thinking skills will help them as they grow into Kindergarten! Strengthening their fine motor skills will help them when they write and draw. Thank you so much for looking at our classroom project!
