My Project

I reach out to you with a heartfelt plea to make a significant impact on the lives of the children of farmworkers in our Delano classroom. In our unique learning environment, these students face not only academic challenges but also the pressing issue of access to basic necessities – food and focus. Imagine the difference a shared meal could make, turning a hungry student into an engaged learner. With fidgets, we aim to provide a constructive outlet for excess energy, enhancing concentration and overall well-being. For instance, during our group activities, these materials will play a crucial role in creating an environment where every student is nourished and focused. By contributing to our DonorsChoose project, you have the power to ensure that no child of a farmworker in our Delano classroom goes to bed hungry, and that every student has the tools they need to thrive academically. Your support is not just an investment in education; it's an investment in the future success and happiness of these resilient young minds from farmworker families in Delano.
