Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items we are requesting will benefit every student-athlete in our high school softball program. The majority of this project is to help provide each athlete on our team to have their own helmet. A few years ago we were able to get white helmets donated through Donors Choose so I can only think to keep the tradition alive with white helmets for all of our girls. The Easton Helmets will be a great addition to our collection. We also are requesting another team bat for all of our athletes to be able to use. The 33/22 Ghost bat will be the reason for many hits and bunt this season for sure. Bats can be expensive for each individual to purchase. Along with the bat, we are requesting a bat grip for the girls to easily identify the bat. Lastly, we are requesting a dozen pitching machine balls to replace old and damaged ones. We hope you consider supporting us financially with this equipment this season! Thank you!
