Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are preparing for a family tree project in the Spanish class, level 2. For this, materials such as colored markers, poster paper, and a stapler, among others, are required. In turn, the students will present their genealogical project tree to the other students using a microphone, pointer, and computer stand to communicate orally and visually with the class.

The project consists of four learning activities supporting all learners: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading/writing.

The students can learn Spanish differently, such as creating family tree posters and presenting their family tree in front of the class. The school supplies will be used to complete this project and future projects.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
