My Students

I work at a school district that serves 90% of Native American students. We are a small, local school. The class sizes are around 18-20 students per classroom. My students work hard and they are excited and eager to learn. Most students are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches. I have worked at this school district for 20 years.

My Project

I would like a shelf to display particular books for my students to notice and maybe choose to pick up and read. I want to display the books of a particular author or maybe a certain theme to get my students interested in reading books during free time. The books on our shelves now are crammed together and do not look very appealing to my students. I want them to have a nice display case to feature books for each theme to get them excited to read. Reading can take them to many great places.
