My Project

The Scholastic readers are the best nonfiction text I have found for my students. They always engage my students with wonderful illustrations and engaging text. The text is relevant with our science and social studies objectives as well as teach reading skills. My students love to read them and then take them to their families and share what they have learned.

These magazines are full of limitless possibilities.

From a village in Africa to the deepest ocean, these stories take students on incredible learning journeys without ever leaving the classroom. Social and Emotional Learning is embedded into every story, so students are always learning to empathize with others, maintain relationships, manage emotions, and make responsible choices.
