My Project

Every child deserves a classroom where they feel excited, supported, and inspired to learn. This year, my second-grade students will become explorers as we travel the world through books, lessons, and hands-on learning in our travel-themed classroom. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where students are engaged, curious, and motivated to grow academically and socially every day.

The materials in this project will help make that vision a reality.

Dry erase markers and erasers will allow students to actively participate during whole-group and small-group instruction. Headphones will support independent learning during technology and literacy centers. Timers will help students build independence while staying focused during classroom routines and activities. Play-Doh will provide meaningful hands-on opportunities to strengthen fine motor skills, reinforce math concepts, practice spelling and vocabulary words, and encourage creativity. These classroom essentials will be used daily to create interactive, engaging learning experiences for every student.

My students come to school each day ready to learn, explore, and do their very best. They are kind, hardworking, and full of potential. By supporting this project, you are providing them with the tools they need to build confidence, stay engaged, and reach their goals throughout the school year.
