Students can color while reflecting on encouraging messages such as \"I am capable,\" \"I am strong,\" and \"I believe in myself.\" These activities support both creativity and social-emotional learning.\r\n\r\nThe Tic Tac Toe game is another simple but useful tool during individual and small-group sessions. Games encourage communication, turn-taking, patience, problem-solving, and good sportsmanship. They also help students relax, which can make it easier for them to talk openly about friendships, emotions, choices, and challenges.
