Being in my fourth year of teaching, I am always looking for ways to keep my kindergarten students excited and engaged while learning. As we embark upon a world of technological advancements, students current learning includes technology. In many cases, students are often easily distracted by noises around them which impedes their ability to fully understand and comprehend while learning. With the use of headphones, student will be able to maximize more individualized learning while a mouse will support students as they advance with fine motor development. This helps students in efforts to focus more effectively on their task with little to no distractions. Students learning style and levels vary, and these items will support learning through reading, math, and phonics activities differentiated in the class. Differentiation while learning in kindergarten is essential to effectively reach each students needs.
