My Students

My student are all so very excited and eager to come to PE class. Over half of them come from low income homes, so they do have the advantage of playing sports or being active. I love seeing the excitement on their faces when we do a new activity or I pull equipment out of the storage room that many of them have never seen or gotten a chance to play with. It is so much fun to see them learn and grow within athletics. Who knows...maybe someday one of them will look back and say I got my start with Coach R at HSA Cypress!

My Project

Organization and responsibility is something that I instill in my students on a daily basis. We were just given access to the brand new fields outside, however, we have nothing to transport equipment from one place to another.

If I expect my students to be organized and responsible, I need to be as well.

Equipment is expensive and I do not want to have to replace it unless it is worn out from student use.

I strive on taking good care of my equipment so that students have everything they need for successful lessons at all times. I would be extremely grateful to have this organizational cart that would be put to good use daily!
