My students are constantly working toward many physical fitness goals in PE class. Many times it is difficult for them to see that the are making improvements toward their fitness goals. Being able to have them use pedometers in PE class on a daily basis will not only show them that they are getting great exercise, but will also spark an internal drive to do more and more each time. It will be like a contest with themselves and maybe against one an other too!! Help my students get more out of Physical Education by running, jumping, and skipping toward success!
