This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Essentials for Learning Project is designed to give students the opportunity to explore mathematics from different perspectives. By using tools such as easel pads, markers, coloring materials, and laptops, the project creates a more engaging and interactive learning experience.

Through these resources, students can visualize mathematical concepts, express their ideas more clearly, and share their thinking in creative ways.

This approach encourages them to engage with different types of mathematical work, helping deepen their understanding and confidence.

Ultimately, the Essentials for Learning Project provides students with the materials and support they need to enhance their learning experience and reach their full potential in mathematics.
