Essential Tools for Learning!

Help me give my students the equipment/tools they need to function in a classroom every day, including: pencils, erasers, glue sticks, Clorox wipes and Lysol spray, ziplock bags, Kleenex, folders, Expo markers and a dry erase eraser.

My Project

These materials are the basic items used to aid in students learning. My students need to be in a safe and clean environment safe from germs, hence the Clorox wipes, Lysol spray and Kleenex as it is now winter and flu and cold is everywhere and they all are coming from different households. Pencils and erasers are essential tools to learning as they write a lot on a daily basis. We use the Expo markers and eraser to write on our desk for quick and easy responses to oral questions/checking for understanding. Reading is fundamental in the world and the ziplock baggies are used for organization of student's books (interest books, small group and whole group books) with which they choose form the class library or school library. Lastly, file folders will be used in small groups to organizer on level reading materials, such as; worksheets, comprehension passages, writing prompts, rubric and more.
