This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

ESPORTS are here to STAY and our moderate/severe special education students are ready for a challenge. The students already know how to navigate the Nintendo technology and have a deep love for Mario Kart. By getting this technology into the classroom we can train our team of athletes to compete at the high-school level in sport competitions they are eager to engage with. I have seen teachers use the game console as a reinforcement for student PBIS strategies, and this is something my students would LOVE to work for! Thank you for making it possible.
