This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I run a music classroom for approximately 250 children ages from Pre-K through 5. Over time, I've struggled with limited resources I have to use for music education, which requires interaction among students as well as between instructor myself and other students. Personal boards will allow students to involve in the classroom activities with free, frequent, and voluntary responses to peers and their teach with their own "study boards." This purchase will help us go beyond a teaching method of "show and tell" - the teacher shows all student things like notations and symbols. I have used a portable small external speaker for classroom activities over the last few years. The speaker was too small in volume to use for the group of 25-30 students in a large music room. The specifications of this new speaker will convey the acoustic sound and midi sound resources from online resources with sufficient sound capacity.
