My Students

I teach a classroom full of enthusiastic 4th-grade students. My students are tech-savvy, screen-swiping, and curious tech explorers.

They are eager to explore the world around them through physical and virtual experiences.

These students have varying abilities, motivations, knowledge, and home support. To meet the needs of all learners, we are creating a classroom of blended learning. Through teacher-guided instruction and technology, these students have an opportunity to advance at their own pace to achieve success.

My Project

My students have been playing the digital Breakout EDUs for several months and they have enjoyed all the challenging problems. Now, the Breakout kits will help them interact and collaborate with a team to solve hands-on math, language arts, and science problems. The problems and challenges are focused on meeting the core standard for 4th grade.

In addition, they will be able to choose the type of seating that would fit their learning best while participating in the highly interactive Breakouts.

Giving children the options to enrich their learning with real-world challenging situation and choose their desired way to learn will increase their focus, engagement, and social emotional learning.
