This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me elevate the quality of our learning space while fostering a sense of responsibility among my students. By introducing air purifying plants into our classroom, I aim to create a healthier environment conducive to learning. These plants will not only add a touch of greenery but also serve a vital function by naturally filtering air pollutants and improving air quality.

Through caring for live plants, students will develop a deeper understanding of environmental stewardship and the importance of nurturing living organisms.

By taking on the responsibility of watering, pruning, and maintaining these plants, students will not only contribute to a cleaner atmosphere but also cultivate a sense of ownership and pride in their classroom.

This project encapsulates the symbolic relationship between nature and education, enriching both our physical surroundings and our learning experiences.
