My Project

My students with Autism are amazing! They are working so hard this year and are very motivated to learn! I am so proud of each and every one of my students!

My students are working hard to develop foundational phonics skills, and they would greatly benefit from access to a MacBook Air during our lessons.

My students would be able to practice letter sounds, blending, and decoding in a way that is both engaging and accessible. The use of technology would help bring phonics instruction to life, offering immediate feedback, visual supports, and opportunities for repetition that are especially beneficial for my students with autism.

This resource will be used daily during literacy instruction to strengthen foundational reading skills and increase student confidence. By integrating technology into our phonics lessons, a more inclusive and effective learning environment would be created!

Many of my students require visual supports, repetition, and interactive experiences to fully engage with literacy instruction. A MacBook Air will allow my students to engage with specialized educational apps and assistive software tailored to each of their unique strengths and challenges. This MacBook Air would help my students learn their letters, letter sounds, and how to write each letter through interactive phonics lessons that keep them engaged and learning! This technological support is essential in helping my students access the curriculum and build independence! This MacBook Air would make it possible for each student to engage in individualized instruction in a way that is meaningful and motivating!

A MacBook Air would allow my students to build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and reach their full potential in an accessible learning environment!
