This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we strive to make our voices heard and engage with our local representatives, we have identified a crucial requirement that we are currently facing – the need for stamps.

Our project involves writing letters to our local representatives, expressing our concerns and advocating for positive change on various social justice issues.

However, in order to physically mail these letters, we require stamps to cover the postage costs. This essential component has unfortunately become a barrier to the progress of our initiative.

The act of sending physical letters holds a unique and impactful significance, as it emphasizes the sincerity and dedication behind our advocacy efforts. By reaching out to our representatives through written correspondence, we aim to foster a more personal and tangible connection that can convey the urgency and importance of the social justice issues we are addressing.

Therefore, I kindly request your support of this project so we can acquire stamps for our social justice project. Your donation to this project will directly contribute to the success of our advocacy efforts and help us in making a meaningful impact on the issues that matter most to our community.
