I need EBLI’s $3,000 K–12 Intervention Training, so I can better serve struggling readers with research-based instruction that works.

My Project

I am requesting funding to enroll in the EBLI (Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction) ETSL K-12 Intervention Course, a comprehensive, research-backed program designed to equip educators with tools to teach reading based on brain science. EBLI aligns with the Science of Reading and provides practical, proven strategies to help students of all ages and abilities improve reading fluency, decoding, and comprehension.

This professional development will provide me with evidence-based methods to support struggling readers and prevent early literacy difficulties from becoming long-term barriers.

I plan to immediately apply what I learn to my instruction through small-group intervention, whole-class lessons, and differentiated supports.

The training includes: Multi-day EBLI course registration, Instructional materials and resources, and Access to post-training support and implementation tools.

The Impact: By funding this project, you're helping me access a professional learning opportunity that will directly benefit my current and future students. This training will not only improve how I teach reading but also how my students learn to read. With EBLI, I can close literacy gaps more efficiently and empower my students with the skills they need to thrive across all content areas.
