My Project
We are thrilled to introduce our latest Donors Choose project focused on providing therapeutic tools and resources for students at Friendship Southeast Academy, located Ward 8 in Washington D.C., who are navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety or stress. Our objective is to promote self-regulation and well-being by offering a diverse range of supportive interventions such as fidget toys and coloring books.
In our endeavor to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, we are seeking your support to fund essential therapeutic tools and resources that will empower our students to manage their emotions effectively and foster resilience in the face of adversity.
By equipping our students with a wide array of therapeutic tools and resources, we aim to:
Cultivate a supportive environment that acknowledges and responds to students' emotional needs.

Improve overall well-being and mental health outcomes for students grappling with emotional challenges.
