My Project

My teammate and I teach eager kindergarten through fifth grade English Learners! We share a small classroom yet teach English to 94 students each and every day. Our students love to learn through games, realia, books, and other materials that bring their learning to life!

Although we are fortunate enough to have many teaching and learning materials, we have a very limited space to store everything we need to teach a wide range of students.

Our room has become cluttered and crowded and we need storage space to ensure our students have a learning environment that enhances, not distracts, from their learning. Our current storage cabinet is well over 20 years old, is difficult to close and will not stay shut or lock. These storage units will also give us a locked space to store secure testing materials.

Our students deserve a space that is clean and organized. We will use these cabinets to store away materials so that our students can focus on their learning rather than a messy classroom.
