Help me give my students a brooding box, an egg incubator, and books, for the unforgettable opportunity to experience the magic of life by hatching chicken eggs right before their eyes!

My Project

My Pre-K students are full of big questions about the world. How do animals grow? What’s inside an egg? How does life begin?

Imagine their faces pressed gently against the incubator window...waiting....watching..and then a tiny crack appears!

A wiggle. A soft peep. And suddenly, a brand new life enters the world right before their eyes.

For many of my students, this will be their very first chance to witness something so miraculous and real. In a world where so much learning happens on screens, this project brings science to life in the most unforgettable way. They won’t just read about life cycles; they will experience them. They’ll learn patience as they wait, responsibility as they help care for the eggs, and empathy as they gently welcome fragile chicks into our classroom community.

Moments like these spark curiosity that can last a lifetime. A simple egg can grow into a powerful memory. One that plants the seeds for future scientists, veterinarians, farmers, and compassionate humans.

A farmer is donating 6 eggs to our project, but we still need supplies to welcome our little chicks into our classroom!

With your help, we can provide an incubator and the proper supplies to safely hatch and care for our chicks. Your generosity will give my students the chance to witness the wonder of life, up close and personal.
