My Project

With your help, I can give my students a glimpse into the exciting sport of sled dog racing. We live in a region that has very snowy winters and cities nearby that host sled dog races. This thrilling young adult novel takes us on an exciting journey with the musher, who is a young lady who is navigating the struggles of racing along with losing her eyesight. Resiliency is something that most of us "Yoopers" are accustomed to, but I would love the opportunity to share this adventure with my students.
